New & Updated uNight Website - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Friends,

A fully updated revised uNight website is on its way. By the end of the summer please check back with us to find a comprehensive overview of our past accomplishments, current activities and intentions moving forward.

--
A couple of notes on what to expect:
(1) In the interest of full transparency, which we deem to be in the interest of us all, we intend for the new site not only to list uNight's successes to-date but also to be clear about the failures/struggles i.e. "the learning experiences" we've faced along the way. The solutions we've reached may not please everyone but our hope is that it all will at least get the full flavor of decision making processes and thus what we are trying to achieve through uNight.
(2) Please do not take our silence as inaction. In fact, the uNight team has been so busy hard at work that we've not found time to tell anyone about it. (It is a totally poor excuse for lack of communication, we know and are working to remedy it.) Once fully revised, the website will give you comprehensive updates on all uNight's goings-on including: the official opening of uNight's Gulu-based headquarters; the launch of uNight leadership and entrepreneurship after-school program (currently underway in Amuru District); and the hiring of an extremely dedicated and talented young team of staff and volunteer mentors. More to come. In the meantime, thanks for your patience. In the meantime, For a full summary of uNight's programs check out the one-pager downloadable here. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions and as always thank you for your ongoing support.

uNight: For the Children of Uganda works to mobilize the public and build a network of concerned citizens in the United States and abroad to raise awareness to help stop the 20 year civil war in Uganda and to provide humanitarian assistance to the victims, two generations of children whose culture and way of life has been systematically destroyed by war and neglect.
